According to a Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand notification, distributed to Air Operators, the seven groups of foreigners expected to be allowed entry from 1st July, must have appropriate insurance policies.

The aforementioned groups will include skilled labourers, foreigners married to Thais and permanent residents of Thailand, educational personnel, teachers and students.

The regulations state that passengers must show they have medical insurance which applies in Thailand and covers anything and everything to do with covering COVID19. The minimum medical coverage in Thailand is for an amount of not less than USD100,000.
